Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the European Union. Free shipping is included on every order to the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1 to 6 business days for US addresses, depending on the specific product (each product page lists its own estimated shipping time). Orders to Canada and the European Union may take longer, and international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders within the United States. Shipping costs for other destinations, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.

Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control, but we're always available to help track down a late order.
